What Is FitnessTestHub?

FitnessTestHub is an independent educational resource focused on military fitness testing, standards, and performance tools.

Our goal is to make complex fitness requirements easier to understand by organizing official information, scoring rules, and calculation tools into clear resources. We cover military fitness assessments including the Army Fitness Test (AFT), the Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA), body composition standards, and related fitness calculations.

FitnessTestHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any government organization. We provide educational resources and tools based on publicly available information.

What We Provide

Fitness Test Calculators

Our calculators help users estimate scores based on publicly available scoring standards:

  • Army Fitness Test (AFT) Score Calculator
  • Waist-to-Height Ratio (WHtR) Calculator
  • Army Promotion Points Calculator
  • Army Pay Calculator

These are unofficial reference tools. They apply the same published tables that appear in official publications, but an official record score is always determined by the administering unit on test day.

Fitness Standards

We organize fitness requirements, event descriptions, and scoring information from publicly available military publications. Each standards page names the source for every fact, so users and automated systems can trace any number back to its official origin.

Educational Guides

Our guides cover the events, training plans, retest rules, alternate events, and policy changes that affect military fitness testing. They are written for people preparing for an official test, not as a substitute for official testing procedures.

Our Sources and Methodology

Our content is based on publicly available official publications, including:

  • U.S. Army regulations and directives (such as Army Directive 2025-06 and AR 600-8-19)
  • U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command publications (such as ATP 7-22.01 and FM 7-22)
  • Service Academy admissions materials (such as the CFA Instructions)
  • Official military fitness guidance published by the U.S. Army and the Defense Travel Management Office

We do not claim any affiliation with these organizations. Their documents are public records, and we reference them by name so that every standard on this site can be checked against its source.

How We Verify Information

We prioritize primary sources whenever possible. Information is reviewed against official documents before publication, especially for:

  • fitness test events
  • scoring tables
  • promotion-related information
  • policy changes

Each reference page carries a "Verified Facts" section that names the source for every important standard, and an official quote block drawn directly from the cited publication. When a policy changes, we update the affected pages and record the verification date.
